摘 要：随着光伏玻璃生产行业竞争的加剧，优化生产工艺、降低生产成本、提升产品质量成为光伏玻璃生产企业面临的核心问题，为此光伏行业把生产线的自动化升级改造作为经营管理的首要问题。自动铺纸机、自动码片机已成为光伏玻璃包装线的发展趋势。但受到作业场地、生产环境、设备配置等诸多因素的制约，致使自动铺纸机在光伏玻璃包装线的推广受到一定的制约。基于此，一种自动更换纸卷、自动更换工位，可采用手拉液压车进行换托的全新铺纸机的研发应用，将进一步加速光伏包装线的全面自动化。
Abstract:As photovoltaic glass production industry competition, optimize the production process, reduce the production cost and improve product quality become the core issue of photovoltaic glass production enterprises, the photovoltaic industry production lines for this automation upgraded as the primary problems of operation and management. Automatic paper - laying machine and automatic code - making machine have become the development trend of photovoltaic glass packaging line. However, it is restricted by many factors such as homework site, production environment, equipment configuration, etc., so that the promotion of automatic paper laying machine in photovoltaic glass packaging line is affected. based on this, a kind of automatic changing roll and automatically change location, hand hydraulic car can be used to carry on the change of new paper machine, the development and application of the shop will further speed up the photovoltaic fully automated packaging line.
